Refund policy

At PupKittyCo, we want you and your pets to love every purchase. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return for unused products in original packaging. Email pupkittyco.shop@gmail.com with your order number. Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds go to your original payment method in 5-10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If your order arrives damaged or wrong, contact us within 7 days with photos and we'll replace or refund it.
